★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un asco de atención al cliente, los armazones que tienen de muy mala calidad, no te respetan la garantía. A mi no me quisieron hacer valido nada, compre mis lentes que andaban algo duros al cerrarlos y me dijeron que eso es ya que están reforzados, pasaron 3 meses y así de la nada se trozo en pedacitos (en la foto se ve) mi armazón y para nada me respetaron garantía y todavía la persona que me atendió me grito, los termine pegando ya que estoy super ciega
It is a disgusting customer service, the frames that are of very poor quality, they do not respect the guarantee. They did not want me to make anything valid, I bought my glasses that were a bit hard when closing them and they told me that this is because they are reinforced, 3 months passed and so out of nowhere it broke into pieces (in the photo you can see) my frame and they didn't respect my guarantee at all and still the person who attended me yelled at me, I ended up hitting them since I'm super blind
