En mi opinión no cumple lo que te promete,
Mi situación era que ocupaba mis lentes urgentes y quedaron en que me los darían de un día para otro y tardaron 3 lo cual fue muy molesto e incomodo para mí por mi alta graduación y el haber acudido a ellos por el compromiso del dr de entrega rápida ?

In my opinion, it does not fulfill what it promises,
My situation was that I was occupying my urgent glasses and they agreed that they would give them to me from one day to the next and it took 3 which was very annoying and uncomfortable for me due to my high graduation and having come to them because of the fast delivery dr commitment ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La primera vez que fui súper atendida, hasta que me entregaron los lentes que por cierto no eran la graduación correcta, regresé para el cambio y la segunda vez tampoco era la graduación correcta, así que dejé de usar mis lentes gracias a su pésimo servicio. Otras amigas dejaron de confiar en el sitio.
The first time I was super served, until they gave me the glasses that by the way were not the correct prescription, I went back for the change and the second time it was not the correct prescription either, so I stopped wearing my glasses thanks to their lousy service. Other friends stopped trusting the site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the opportunity to be seen by Dr. Cota yesterday. My husband had an emergency with his eye. Dr. Cota and Carlos were extremely professional and have amazing personalities. I would recommend that if you are in need of an Opthamologist, this is the office and he is the Dr. to do to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't recommend this Dr. Cota to anyone. We had a bit of a disagreement but that is not why I gave him 1 star... I bought a pair of glasses from him, but I still had to see an opthalmologist in Phoenix for a problem. They checked the glasses to record strength in chart, then informed me that the glasses were made from just plain glass with a slight magnifying glass in the bifocal section... Hence the 1 star rating... I will have to start over with another Dr.
