★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una de las peores empresas que he trabajado.
Si vas a comprar, mejor no lo compres, sus "garantías", es si te hicimos mal el trabajo, no te quejes, te devuelvo tu dinero en forma de monedero y para que vuelvas a comprar con nosotros solo que ahora, tiene fecha de caducidad.
Si vas a laborar ya sea en corporativo (como yo) o sucursal: tuve a la jefa recién salida de la casa de la risa, sufrí mooving laboral (cosa que los mismo dueños Devlyn ejercen), y es una de las peores experiencias laborales que he tenido y eso que el director de merca sabía como era ella y no hizo nada.
Por último, recomiendo ópticas Lux, el mismo Toño Esquinca le hicieron mal el trabajo varias veces, hasta que se hartó y les hizo más propaganda a Lux gracias a las porquerías hechas por Devlyn.

Finally, I recommend Lux optics, Toño Esquinca himself did his job badly several times, until he got fed up and made more propaganda for Lux thanks to the crap made by Devlyn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mi me gustaría saber donde me puedo quejar, porque hace mas de 3 meses que mande a hacer mis lentes progresivos que fue lo que me ofreció el encargado de la sucursal donde fui, y resulta que es día que no me entrego, me dijo que no quedaron y que me ofrecía bifocales o dos lentes uno para lejos y otros para ver de cerca. y no es lo que yo quería, a final me dijo que me regresarían mi dinero. para mi es un pésimo servicio.
Lo peor es que no se con quien dirigirme para meter mi queja, alguien me puede ayudar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me opere hace un mes y todo salió perfecto a excepción que el día de la cirugía te dan una pastilla para entrar relajada a la cirugía y se les olvidó dármela así que si se operan aquí tengan cuidado con eso porque yo lo pase fatal
Ojalá pongan mas atención cada que van pasando los pacientes y no les vuelva a ocurrir

The receptionist treats you like human garbage personally or by phone. And since my patient was not candidate to surgery they said will reimburse payment but after a month they haven't, and their answer is that they did it already and is all fault of the bank which obviously not.
