Solo por vender te prometen una cosa y te entregan otra, no se hacen responsables de la mala información que dan; la actitud de la “jefa” es pésima, es voluble, prepotente y te atiende como si te estuviera haciendo un favor (Fernanda Palacios).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nada de seriedad, prometieron la entrega de mis lentes para un día, voy a recogerlos y no tienen el aumento que pedí. Vuelvo a ir 5 dias después, cuando me dijeron que los tendrían listos y aún no están.
Ya he escuchado en las veces que he ido a esa sucursal, gente que va a reclamar por el pésimo servicio que ofrecen.

I have heard in the times that I have gone to that branch, people who are going to complain about the lousy service they offer.

Mandé a hacer unos lentes de contacto y me los colocaron con el liquido de preservación, lo cual me provocó una alergia y generó que me saliera una bola en la parte blanca del ojo, solicité una garantía debido a la molestia que tenía en los ojos; estuve en tratamiento casi 3 meses y cuando me los entregaron me redujeron la garantía de graduación de un mes a una semana. Al final gasté mucho dinero, tuve molestias en mis ojos y todavía me pusieron restricciones con la garantía. Para nada lo recomiendo.
Terrible service! They put my health at risk. I had some contact lenses made and they put them in with the preservation liquid, which caused an allergy and caused a ball to appear on the white part of my eye. I requested a guarantee due to the discomfort I had in my eyes; I was in treatment for almost 3 months and when they delivered them to me they reduced my graduation guarantee from one month to one week. In the end I spent a lot of money, I had discomfort in my eyes and they still put restrictions on me with the guarantee. I do not recommend it at all.
