Cuatro veces ya fui para hacer valida la garantía y no me lo hacen valido, entregándome el mismo producto defectuoso. necesito saber ¿quién es el representante legal de la empresa? no entiendo por que en la sucursal me niegan esta información. (loca de Chedraui Itzaes). Es una barbaridad que digan ser una de las mejores ópticas y dar un excelente servicio al cliente y no cumplan con lo que ustedes ofrecen en sus promociones y garantías. Quiero el contacto con el representante legal de la empresa.
