★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super recomendada, ya me ha tocado ir dos veces para los lentes de mi esposa y los de mi papa, en ambas ocaciones quedamos super satisfechos con la atencion y el trato al cliente, comparamos precios con otras opyicas y definitivamente precio/calidad aqui fue nuestra mejor opcion.

Completamente capacitado todo el personal. Y afortunadamente así me ha pasado en todas las sucursales que he visitado. Otra ventaja que me gusta de ópticas pasos es que, siempre están actualizando todos sus modelos y tienen un gran abanico de variedades, definitivamente las mejores marcas qué hay en el mercado desde variedades económicas hasta productos de mayor gama. Definitivamente lo que necesites o tengas en mente lo puedes conseguir en ese lugar.
The best service and attention there is. All the very attentive staff, a great attitude when assisting you, they know the products they offer and really help you find what you need. All staff fully trained. And fortunately this has happened to me in all the branches I have visited. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Más de 10 años adquiriendo productos aquí (cada año facturando) y desde 5 años hacen las facturas como se les pega la gana; después de realizar compras en cantidades significativas cada año y cada año pedirles más de 5 veces que cumplan las especificaciones de facturación. El año pasado y este, simplemente "dieron el avión", no resolvieron nada.
Finalmente los dejo. No vuelvo a comprar aquí. Sus productos son muy caros y como habrán leído, pésima atención.
Dos años sin resolver el problema de que no saben y ni quieren aprender a facturar.
Eso habla de una mala calidad de servicio que más temprano que tarde ha de repercutir en sus productos, si no es que ya.
Ahí se ven!!! Literal.
More than 10 years acquiring products here (invoicing every year) and for 5 years they make the invoices as they please; after making purchases in significant quantities every year and every year asking them more than 5 times to meet billing specifications. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy visite Ópticas Pasos, la cual está celebrando más de 100 años de tradición en el ramo.
Tenía ganas de comprar unos lentes solares y que mejor lugar para hacerlo que aquí.
Me mostraron armazones de distintas marcas, tales como RayBban, Puma, Arnette, Zeal, Maui Jim y más.
Al final elegí el modelo Chromance Polarizado RB3660-CH de Ray Ban los cuales se muestran en la imagen con su estuche y caja, además de regalo una pequeña bolsa ecológica.
Ahora sí el sol no me molestará cuando ande por las calles de Chihuahua.
