★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, tuve que regresar como 5 veces a reclamar que mi graduación estaba mal. Hasta el momento que les dije que procedería legalmente fue cuando por fin hicieron bien su trabajo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cambio mi percepción del lugar, cambio el servicio, el personal que ahora se encuentra no tiene conocimiento de su trabajo y atienden muy mal a los clientes, por la experiencia que tuve al regresar a utilizar su servicio y también recibieron mis familiares a los que recomendé el lugar, decidí modificar mi opinion, definitivamente tienen que corregir muchas cosas, una decepción total!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, van dos ocasiones que regresamos los lentes x que la graduación no queda, ahora nos dicen que pueden cambiar nuevamente las micas pero no garantizan que quede bien. Tenemos más de mes y medio esperando que los lentes queden y nada. Ten cuidado te cobran y después si haces reclamación el vendedor es muy grosero.
Lousy service, there are two times that we return the lenses x that the graduation is not left, now they tell us that they can change the micas again but they do not guarantee that it fits well. We have more than a month and a half waiting for the lenses to remain and nothing. Be careful they charge you and then if you make a claim the seller is very rude.
