★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, tardaron en entregarnos como 15 días en entregarnos los lentes y estaba mal la graduación y para hacer una devolución te hacen mucho rollo.
Aquí si aplica lo de:"lo barato sale caro"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio, el chico que atiende así como el señor que anteriormente estaba en mostrador siempre han sido sumamente accesibles y atentos en el servicio, el tiempo que tardan en llegar es razonable, normalmente es de 10 a 15 días hábiles pero las veces que he adquirido tardan menos en llegar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Creen que un aparato sustituye un verdadero examen de la vista, literal, te sientan viendo hacia el aparato y en 3 segundos ya saben toda tu graduación.
Huyan, me estaba diciendo que necesitaba 3.5 de graduación, al final fui con un oftalmólogo y solamente 1.7, que falta de profesionalismo y te quieren vender los lentes a como de lugar.
Pareciera que te están haciendo un favor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No acudí, pero viendo comentarios suena mal, además de que me comunique a los teléfonos que tienen registrados en su página y ninguno sirve, dice que no existen. Reviso maps y no se visualiza un local estable para el negocio y se supone ya lleva tiempo el negocio, no suena muy seguro.
