No necesito hablar con alguien en Merida si lo que quiero es comunicarme con la tienda directamente que esta en playa del carmen y que son los que me atendieron y saben de que les voy a hablar. Un misterio para dar un número de teléfono. Al final me dijeron que aún no abrían y según el googlemaps están abiertos desde hace 30 minutos. Entonces o tienen el horario mal o la persona que me atendió no sabe. The phone number doesn't make sense. I do not need to speak to someone in Merida if what I want is to communicate with the store directly that is in Playa del Carmen and that they are the ones who attended me and know what I am going to talk to them about. A mystery to give a phone number. In the end they told me that they had not opened yet and according to the googlemaps they have been open for 30 minutes. So either they have the wrong schedule or the person who attended me does not know.

I can assure you that Jessica from Opticalia Molina located in the Chedraui Plaza by the highway is an AMAZING and extremely professional optometrist! She was incredibly efficient, kind and thorough and has given continued customer service to me ABOVE AND BEYOND the call of duty (im always accidentally bending my frames, losing the nose pieces etc etc) If I had THREE hands I'd give her 3 Thumbs UP!!
