★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely awful company! We stay in Veranto Condos Playa del Carmen and internet goes down every few days every week and we stayed here for 5 months now! Once called and asked to fix it they come after a few hours only!
Awful awful company, never helpful, cannot fix the issue, arrive after 3 hours after reporting the issue and are charging us a lot!
