Three things to watch out for: 1, do not rely on email contact for confirmed reservation (bait and switch), 2, be prepared to be treated as potential criminal when employees go over the car beforehand and at return, and 3, it is possible that the business model includes mining incidental and normal use for their profit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went a tour to hierve del agua and it was just fab.. our driver spoke perfect English and was very knowledgeable and happy to answer our (numerous) questions. Only word of advice is to definitely bring a swim suit if you’re going to hierve del agua! Thanks guys!! Would give you six stars if I could!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommendable, we took a private tour to Hierve el agua and our driver spoke perfect english, he also spoke a bit of zapotec, and he knew all the perfect hidden gems to eat and shop, he was also very patient with us as we got lost a couple of times hehe, thanks for everything!!!

They prey on tourists by assessing unwarranted fees after you return your vehicle. They wouldn't even respond to me when I contested the extra charges, even though I had photographs to show that the vehicle was not damaged in any way. Ended up costing more than twice what I thought I would pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girlfriend and I were very happy with this service! Only 800 pesos for the car with a driver for the day! Including gas!!! Our driver Caesar was excellent and we had a great day exploring Mezcal Palenques in Santa Catarina Minas! Next time we come back to Oaxaca we intend to use this service again to explore more Palenques in the surrounding area. We can’t wait!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aweful customer service. You cannot reserve a car, and when we got our car, it was $200 pesos more than what we had asked for and didn't have another option. The car was a piece of work, the rims,are aluminum and dented easily, flattened the tire, which were very worn, and then they didn't want to come help us because it wasn't in the contract to offer road assistance. We had to pay for the flat and dent.. $400 pesos later, and then, they wanted to charge us for damaging the tire! !! They charged my account double, which I'm disputing now, and instead of holding the deposit amount, they charged it to my visa! They take advantage of women leasors!
