★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dejaron el color de mi cabello espantoso. Intentaron hacer un balayage, no quedo del color que habíamos acordado ya que lo dejaron amarillo HORRIBLE!! Y su "solucion" fue pintarlo rojo para que donde tenía la decoloración se quedara de ese tono y lo demás más oscuro, se deslavo en 3 días y quedó igual de horrible que al inicio pero ahora se veía entre naranja y amarillo, realmente fue lo peor que me pudo pasar. ESTA CLARO QUE JAMÁS REGRESARÍA NI RECOMENDARIA ESTE LUGAR. Pague $3,000 por arruinar mi cabello. Mi solución fue pintarlo de negro con la esperanza de que no se me hiciera como chicle y poco a poco quitar lo maltratado por qué ellos tal cual no me ayudaron con el problema.
They left the color of my hair dreadful. They tried to make a balayage, it was not the color that we had agreed since they left it HORRIBLE yellow !! And his "solution" was to paint it red so that where it had the discoloration it would stay that tone and the rest would be darker, it faded in 3 days and it was just as horrible as it was at the beginning but now it looked between orange and yellow, it really was what worst that could happen to me. IT IS CLEAR THAT I WOULD NEVER RETURN OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I paid $ 3,000 to ruin my hair. My solution was to paint it black in the hope that it would not look like chewing gum to me and gradually remove what was mistreated because they did not help me with the problem.
