El problema fue el resultado final, ya que el cabello no quedo para nada como yo lo quería, y por otro lado la actitud del lugar me desconcertó porque cuando les dije que no era lo que yo les había pedido me dijeron "hicimos nuestro mejor esfuerzo", pero de esfuerzo no se vive y mi cabello no era para salir a la calle así. Creo que es un lugar que esta bien para peinados, pero no se lo pinten ahí.

La señora que me planchó el pelo tenía una pésima actitud y me quemo el pelo porque la temperatura de la plancha estaba muy alta y se lo comenté y no me hizo caso! Espero q cierren pronto ese lugar no tiene ni un aspecto positivo! -100 estrellas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde hace ya tres años acudo a Orna para corte, color , tratamientos capilares y eventualmente maquillaje, me considero una clienta fidelizada a la marca ya que en todo éste tiempo he recibido una excelente atención, manejan una marca italiana de productos de muy buena calidad a un precio razonable, además de la enorme cortesía de la dueña y su equipo que con su amable conversación mitigan un poco el tiempo que se toman éstas incursiones a la peluquería. Cuentan con wifi gratis para los clientes y el salón está muy bien decorado, aseado y climatizado. Los recomiendo ampliamente.
For three years now I have been going to Orna for haircuts, color, hair treatments and possibly makeup, I consider myself a loyal client of the brand since in all this time I have received excellent attention, they handle an Italian brand of very good quality products. a reasonable price, in addition to the enormous courtesy of the owner and her team who, with their friendly conversation, mitigate a little the time these incursions to the hairdresser take.
