Terrible attention. The invoice for my purchases arrived a week later in the wrong way. I have been requesting the correct one for 3 weeks and the only answer I get is: "I already sent it to you".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llego a la disque tienda con ferula recien accidentado buscando una ferula fija con velcro. Ante el tamano diminuto de la tienda pide que uno se salga para atender a otro sr que llego despues en vez se hacer esperar al sr. Afuera. Decidi salirme de la tienda para probarme la ferula que amablemente la srta empleada ofrecio mostrar. Derepente la sra le dice a la empleada que NO puede atendernos afuera y que prefiere No vendernos los productos. Ante el asombro nuestro y de otra clienta. Increible!!!! Y todavia con tono de ofendida. La joven empleada muy atenta pero la urraca esa bueno…..
I arrive at the dial shop with a splint recently injured looking for a fixed splint with Velcro. And still in an offended tone. The young employee very attentive but the magpie is good…..
