Terrible service, I wanted to withdraw money and I could not because the girl told me that my card did not have a signature, I explained that I did not have it because it has a chip and I sign electronically. In no oxxo had I had this problem

Son las 21.40 fui a comprar a la sucursal 115 con 20 hay una cola de 10-12 personas 2 empleados apoyados en el mostrador solo hablando y 1 sola caja cobrando.. una señora delante de mi queria hacer un deposito y la querian hacer esperar... pesimo servicio. Pesima actitud de los empleados. Van a hacer algo? O nos vamos todos al 7 eleven. Al six... alternativas hay muchas... a la vuelta de tu vida para atenderte con desprecio.

It is 9:40 p.m. I went to buy at branch 115 with 20 there is a queue of 10-12 people, 2 employees leaning on the counter just talking and 1 single cashier collecting... a lady in front of me wanted to make a deposit and they wanted her to wait. .. terrible service. Terrible attitude of the employees. Are you going to do something? Or we all go to the 7 eleven. At six... alternatives there are many... around your life to serve you with contempt.
