★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El 1 de diciembre trate de hacer un depósito y la señorita me preguntó qué a qué banco y respondí que a BANREGIO, enseguida un señor de edad avanzada que estaba a su lado dijo que NO, que no tenían para ese banco. Pero siempre voy a ese OXXO a hacer depósitos a tarjetas BANREGIO. La señorita para excusar dijo que su sistema no estaba actualizado. Hay por favor… no todos somos ignorantes. Siempre me había tocado con empleados amables, pero el viejo que estaba allí sin saber dijo NO. ?
On December 1, I tried to make a deposit and the lady asked me what to which bank and I replied that to BANREGIO, immediately an elderly man who was next to her said NO, that they did not have for that bank. But I always go to that OXXO to make deposits to BANREGIO cards. The miss to excuse said that her system was not up to date. There is please ... not all of us are ignorant. I had always had friendly employees, but the old man who was there without knowing said NO. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio siempre que voy me atiende una señora de pelo corto color blanco y es una grosera. La última vez me termine peleando con ella porque no quiso que retirara dinero que porque no tiene dinero siempre es lo mismo con esa señora.
Terrible service whenever I go I am served by a lady with short white hair and she is rude. The last time I ended up fighting with her because she didn't want me to withdraw money, because she doesn't have money, it's always the same with that lady.
