Aquí se hace pan con ingredientes de calidad, y sin temor a "echarle con ganas", desde hace más de 15 años se ha mantenido su calidad y dedicación a la panderia. El establecimiento es un lugar chico, y la oferta de pan ronda entre 8 y 14 variedades, de distintos panes. El único "inconveniente" o situación a través eer en cuenta es que nunca tendrán mucho pan de 1 solo tipo. Siempre habrá entre 15 y 30 unidades por tipo. El consejo, pregunten a que hora suelen hacer el pan en esñeficoo que buscan, para que lleguen a esa hora que salga o llamen a partan. Recomendación personal. Galleta de nuez Niño envuelto. Nosotros le llamamos "la bola" es una pieza grande de pan como de 20 CM de diámetro. Esponjosa, fresca, masa suave. Bañada con una capa de chocolate semi amargo. De buen sabor . Nada grasoso. En todo este tiempo no varía su sabor ni la calidad. Precios accesibles. Disponible después de medio día. Siguen protocolos de Sanidad. Stopped in to this unassuming place, not fancy…stepped in and was hit with the unmistakable, heavenly smell of Mexico mantequilla (butter) which is much richer and more full flavored than American. I had some beautiful pineapple roll cake, best cake ever, would’ve wished for a higher quality pineapple jam but it worked. Excellent baked items, small selection. I had a queso and raisin pastry that was heavy and d not good snd I did not think the biscuit was good. Otherwise everything wonderful , traditional, expertly crafted Mexican bakery .
