★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super groseros algunos empleados, incluso una empleada nos hizo una grosería con el brazo al pedirle que se quedara a revisar un garrafones de agua que nos habían entregado roto. Ya con esta son 3 veces, definitivamente ya no volvemos a esa sucursal.
Some employees were super rude, even an employee made us a rude with her arm by asking her to stay and check a water jug that had been delivered to us broken. Already with this are 3 times, definitely we no longer return to that branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is for THIS Oxxo, not all. Review by a Playa resident who lives nearby so is a regular here.
Usual selection and other than the two things mentioned below this is a typical Oxxo.
There a few items I like from the States, like regular crunchy Cheetos and real Hostess cupcakes. Because this store is in an expat focused area there may be other items from the States too not mentioned.
That said, watch these guys when they give you change. On numerous occasions they have shorted me so that I check it every time now. I'm not talking about the half peso rounding, I mean multiple peso rounding (somehow always in their favor).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doesn't offer alcoholic beverages but has quite the good supply of produce and indoor tacos to go!! Service is friendly, just a tad of people but it gets cleared quite fast. Outside has some people selling some corn or some other things, quite cheap and delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am editing my review here from 1 star to 4. Bought a Google play card and they didn't activate it. When I came back and asked them to activate it they wouldn't do it because I didn't have a receipt. After My friend talked to them a couple days later they apologized and refunded my money. I was surprised and pleased that they did the right thing. it's rare for me to have an outcome like this since living in Mexico.
