No aceptan transferencias porque según ellas, no hay sistema. The people who attend in the day (ladies), are arrogant, rude and mocking. They do not take care of clients by treating them as if they were asking for a gift. They do not accept transfers because according to them, there is no system.

El personal no respeta las promociones de las marcas ademas de darse el lujo de rechazar todo billete de cualquier denominacion q ellos consideren q estan maltratados. Ademas discriminan a las personas negandoles entrar al establecimiento aludiendo su apariencia. The person who attends is always very rude and arrogant. They also discriminate against people denying them access to the establishment, alluding to their appearance.

Mugre por cualquier lado, fui por unos vikingos y me arrepiento, la salchicha parece que tenía días ahí, los vegetales olían mal, y cuando les puse queso me lo cobraron a pesar de que en el dispensador decía que era gratis en vikingos. The worst Oxxo I've visited, terrible service from the cashiers, the floor was not dirty, it was a pig. Grime on either side, I went for a few Vikings and I regret, the sausage seems to have been there for days, the vegetables smelled bad, and when I put cheese I was charged even though the dispenser said it was free in Vikings.

Son pésimas personas, 0 atención al cliente. Les urge una buena capacitación a ellas y a la personao que contrata, no es posible que siempre sea el mismo perfil de gente mediocre las que atienden ahí. I'm sick of the people who serve that place. 8 years living in this area and they are always rude, arrogant, they get angry when you go to make a deposit, and in general when you use a service that is not the purchase of products, because it is an extra job. They are terrible people, 0 customer service. They urge a good training to them and to the person who hires, it is not possible that it is always the same profile of mediocre people who attend there.
