★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este OXXO vende garrafones rotos o con fugas y cuando uno regresa a realizar el cambio argumentan que no se puede cambiar y que no hay manera de que se pueda comprobar aún mostrando el ticket.
No es culpa de los empleados sino del gerente que les da las órdenes de proceder así.
This OXXO sells broken or leaking jugs and when one returns to make the change they argue that it cannot be changed and that there is no way that it can be verified even showing the ticket.
It is not the fault of the employees but the manager who gives them the orders to do so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen muy mal servicio, acabo de salir de este Oxxo sin poder hacer un depósito porque luego de hacer fila y que llegara mi turno la señorita en caja me pidió si podría primero cobrar a quien tenía atrás porque tenía pocos productos, dije bueno está bien uno más o uno menos no es tanto, resultó que siguió cobrándole a los siguientes y dejándome de lado hasta que me canse y me dijo que tenía que esperar a que le cobrara a todos, lo que me pareció grosero ps ya yo había hecho mi fila como el resto al momento de entrar, tuve que irme sin realizar mi depósito ps aún faltaban varias personas en fila
They have very bad service, I just left this Oxxo without being able to make a deposit because after waiting in line and my turn came, the lady at the checkout asked me if I could first charge the person behind because I had few products, I said well, one is fine more or one less is not so much, it turned out that he kept charging the next ones and leaving me aside until I got tired and he told me that I had to wait for him to charge everyone, which I found rude ps I had already made my line as the rest at the time of entering, I had to leave without making my deposit ps there were still several people in line missing

The consistency of this chain is Top Shelf. Be sure to pick up an impulse buy, when you reach the cashier. Enjoy your choices!
