Fue una pésima experiencia, fui a comprar una coca cola y unos Doritos y la cajera me dijo q no me podía vender porq no había cambio, es más, ni dinero, entonces le pregunté si podía yo hablar con alguien q le ayudará a q tuviera dinero y me señaló a la persona q estaba parada junto a ella diciendo q era la encargada, entonces me dirigían a lac encargada y le comenté mi situación, y de forma déspota y grosera me dijo q lo q pasa es q ja cajera salía a las 6 y como ya eran las 5 30, ya no había dinero y q yo no era la única q necesitaba cambio, le dije q si podía hablar yo con alguien para q les diera dinero y me contestó en forma burlona q si quería me podía quejar a un las oficinas de al lado xq ahí está recursos humanos, siendo q lo q está a un lado es el área de reclutamiento, entonces le pedí su nombre y me dijo q no me lo daba xq a la q tenía q reportar era a la cajera q era la q me negaba el servicio. Es triste ver q no tienen mayor visión ni amor por su trabajo, yo nunca le dije q las reportaría yo les ofrecí hablar con alguien para q supieran q no tenían cambio q les permitierá atender adecuadamente a los clientes, pero ellas de inmediato se portaron groseras y no ofrecieron alguna solución y la persona q según es la responsable no tiene el menor interés por apoyar a su compañera por el cobtrario. Q pena q suceda esto en una sucursal de tan buena marca, ojalá las pudieran capacitar bien para q no pierdan clientes.
