★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow. All week I looked forward to attending an author reading at this shop. I arrived on time and they were not set up, so I grabbed a slice of pizza down the road. When I returned with my boxed leftover pizza I was rudely asked to leave for bringing in the box of pizza! A Jamaican friend told me this shop was filled with extremely overpriced designer knock-offs and pretentious rude women - but I'd never quite experienced anything like this. Pachamama's advertises "Be the Change You Want to See" - I guess that doesn't mean "Treat Others Like You'd Like to Be Treated". Go if you enjoy a Masochistic shopping experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place USED to be awesome-Now its BAD service if any!! I started buying pearls here in 2006, returning twice a year buying more and more things spending thousands of dollars!! Returning many times to have them fixed or more pearls added! But this last time I went, I dropped off necklaces to be fixed and was charged way too much for a piece of leather and was told they would be ready in 5 days! Went back in 5 days to find nothing had been done and I needed to catch a flight, so we paid in full again way too much but left them there to be fixed as grandma was heading back there in 3 weeks! Needless to say when she went to get them they couldn't find them and finally when they did NOTHING had been fixed!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best place for Tahitian pearls, a little expensive but such higher quality than other stores. After four years, I brought my necklace back to have more added to it as an ongoing memory of the special times in Sayulita. They were so helpful and nice. Left my necklace there and an hour later voila! Oh those beautiful heart dream catchers!!!
