Buen servicio, habitaciones limpias, les hace falta más luz... Alberca muy pequeña Te cobran un porcentaje de más por pagar con tarjeta. Al hacer reservación en Brooklyn y confirmar por teléfono no te orientan en instrucciones ni de estacionamiento y mala atención por teléfono El estacionamiento muy mal acondicionado e inseguro, le hacen falta lugares la calle está muy fea y peligrosa No está tan cerca de la playa

It is a decent place to stay. Rooms are very small. It does have air conditioning. It has Wi-Fi. It is clean. Parking is outside under hotel but it has no gate.

Very expensive for what it is! Quite poor customer service. The WiFi and the TV weren't working during our stay. The hotel looks much better than it really does in the pictures published online. Don't Stay Here!!

A clean, comfortable room for sleeping except for the loud street noise, late night revelers, and mornings filled with children screaming.

When we arrived they took long to check us in we were practically waiting outside not inside, for an hour for them to check us in. The rooms are pretty nice it’s just the poor customer service that ruins the mood. Also they kicked us out of the lounge upstairs at 11:30 and literally turned the lights off on us, when we were literally getting ready to leave, when they did that it was just rude. There was no warning nothing. Also they said the lounge closed at 10 pm but when we arrived at 11:30 the lights were on and other people were still there. There was no sign or rule that said it closed at 10, the worker that turned off the lights just told us that. Muy mal servicio, te verde no es un lugar para divertir como otro lugares, no mas es para dormir, y también esta bien comprendo eso pero la trabajadora era grosera en decir los cosas. The staff was rude, the pool wasn't what were in the photos on Hotels.com, and we were told we would loose our money if we cancelled. We put our stuff in the room and went to the beach, then we found the air conditioner didn't work properly. When we checked in they said no one was available after 9 pm, the next day when I asked the front desk they said that because I spoke English I probably misunderstood. I let them know my friend was Mexican and fluent in Spanish and they had no comment. They did send someone to fix the AC on the morning, but it still wasn't putting out the amount of cold air it should have been. The unit was either too small for the room, needed freon, or some other repairs. I got the largest room they had because of the kitchen and it looked nice, if it hadn't been for all the issues this could be a nice spot to stay. Also the parking isn't secured, even though this is low crime town it's just one of those things you usually find in Mexico at hotels.

We were able to get a well priced room last minute on a Saturday! Worked with Dixie, she is great! The room was comfortable, had everything we needed except for a small fridge would have been helpful. Very secure building and there was enough parking. There was shampoo and conditioner in the shower with good water pressure, and a convenience store downstairs. We walked by the pool on the roof which looked neat but didn't go in. Definitely a good stay for the value.
