★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En primer lugar nos vendió un pasaje de autobús de primera clase a un precio superior al de ADO y luego resultó ser un micro sin baño, sucio, con los asientos rotos y gente viajando en el pasillo.
Nos dijo que llegaba a las 5 am y llegó a la 1.45 am por lo que quedamos en Bacalar sin reservas para pasar la noche y con un gran problema.
En segundo lugar, nos dejó más de una hora esperando mojados y con frío ya que por la lluvia no abrió el local al horario estipulado y nosotros teníamos nuestras mochilas allí dentro.
Por último, en el taxi comentó que vende tours aunque no puedan hacerse por bloqueos en la ruta o factores climáticos.
A decir verdad lo único positivo fue que el micro salió a horario y que él nos acompañó hasta allí.
 First, he sold us a first-class bus ticket at a higher price than ADO and then it turned out to be a dirty, dirty bathroom with broken seats and people traveling in the hallway.
He told us that he arrived at 5 am and arrived at 1.45 am so we stayed in Bacalar without reservations for the night and with a big problem.
Secondly, he left us more than an hour waiting wet and cold because the rain did not open the premises at the stipulated time and we had our backpacks in there.
Finally, in the taxi he commented that he sells tours although they cannot be done due to roadblocks or climatic factors.
To tell the truth, the only positive was that the micro went out on time and that he accompanied us there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi experiencia fue muy buena, el Señor Paco es muy amable y buen guía, dimos un recorrido por la selva, y nos dio mucha información sobre plantas, insectos, aves y por fortuna pudimos convivir un momento con los monos aulladores. Nos facilito un buen contacto de guía para recorrer la zona arqueologica y siempre se adapto a nuestras necesidades cuando solicitamos servicios de transporte. Fue puntual y a precio s accesibles.
My experience was very good, Mr. Paco is very kind and a good guide, we took a tour of the jungle, and he gave us a lot of information about plants, insects, birds and fortunately we were able to live with the howler monkeys for a moment. He provided us with a good guide contact to visit the archaeological zone and he always adapted to our needs when requesting transport services. It was punctual and at affordable prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did a very nice walking tour through the jungle, Paco knows a lot about birds and we spotted a lot of different kinds (including tucans!), as well as howler monkeys! We walked off the pathways right through the jungle, which was a very nice experience! Paco is a nice guide and prices are very reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a two day tour and we were told we would sleep in a simple cabaña with private bathroom. Upon arrival we got a cabaña with shared bathroom. We texted Paco, who told us that he never said it came with private bathroom and that option would have costed 200 pesos more. If he would have told us, we would have paid the 200 more, but he didn't.
