★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un buen centro de capacitación para los operadores e inspectores del servicio de transporte público de la ciudad de León. Las instalaciones están grandes y bien equipadas. Está limpio y bien organizado. La atención a los usuarios es deficiente ya que cuando se levanta un reporte o se busca información, la atención es demasiado tardía y poco eficaz.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMA ATENCION!!!. EN EL PARADERO DE JULIAN DE OBREGÓN EN EL TURNO DE LA TARDE ESTÁ EN LA TAQUILLA UNA SRA. MUY IRRESPETUOSA. DEBERIAN TENER UNA MUCHO MEJOR SELECCIÓN DE PERSONAL.
AWESOME ATTENTION!!! AT THE WHEREABOUTS OF JULIAN DE OBREGÓN IN THE AFTERNOON SHIFT, THERE IS A MRS. VERY DISRESPECTFUL. THEY SHOULD HAVE A MUCH BETTER SELECTION OF STAFF.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentablemente el servicio de transporte es malo. Los horarios de espera para cada autobus es de 30 a 40 minutos y siempre van llenos. No exigen el uso de cubrebocas. Y para completarla... Nunca tienen tarjetas de transporte.
Unfortunately the transport service is bad. The waiting times for each bus is 30 to 40 minutes and they are always full. They do not require the use of face masks. And to top it off... They never have transportation cards.
