★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me quisieron hacer un empaque porque según ellos, no hacen empaques a medida, dentro de su establecimiento tienen un letrero donde indican que si lo hacen, sin embargo el encargado se negó, pésimo servicio.
They did not want me to make a package because according to them, they do not make custom packages, inside their establishment they have a sign indicating that they do, however the manager refused, lousy service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen demasiados problemas para la recepción de otras paqueterías... Aparte querían que les dejara mi paquete como un voto de confianza y no me entregaban recibo. Preferi largarme de ahí e ir a otro lado a entregar mi paquete.
They have too many problems receiving other packages... Besides, they wanted me to leave my package as a vote of confidence and they didn't give me a receipt. I preferred to get out of there and go somewhere else to deliver my package.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé un paquete, tardaron días en entregarlo a UPS una de las que atiende a de tener demasiados problemas emocionales como para colgar el teléfono y ponerse altanera en persona si su trabajo es atender al cliente y dar solución, no faltar al respeto. No sé vayan de la sucursal hasta que les den recibo o algo de que el paquete ya ingresó para evitar tratar con esas personas de poco cerebro :)
I brought a package, it took days to deliver it to UPS one of the ones that handles having too many emotional issues to hang up the phone and get all cocky in person if their job is to serve the customer and provide solutions, not disrespect. I don't know leave the branch until they give you a receipt or something that the package has already entered to avoid dealing with those brainless people :)
