★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BUYER BEWARE - DESHONESTO - paid an deposit on work to be done and 4 months later no furniture - just lies and excuses. It took 4 months of hounding them on social media to get a refund. Buyer Beware! He pagado un anticipo por muebles hecho a mano. 4 meses después no han llegado ni una llamada para pedir disculpa porque no han entregado los muebles - solo mentiras y drama. Si no fue por demanda nunca habría recibido un reembolso. Cuidado, no son honesto y aparentemente no están haciendo trabajo.

Buyer Beware! I have paid a down payment for handmade furniture. 4 months later, no call has come to apologize because the furniture has not been delivered - just lies and drama. If it was not on demand I would never have received a refund. Be careful, they are not honest and apparently they are not doing work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los administradores y titulares de esta empresa, tomaron 27 mil pesos de anticipo de un trabajo para el que los recomendé a mediados de 2017, y no entregaron el trabajo, y hasta donde sabemos, el trabajo ni siquiera se inició. No recomiendo que contraten sus servicios, ni de pal-art reciclarte en lo absoluto. Existen ya trámites administrativos y penales en contra de los administradores que estuvieron involucrados por posible fraude. El asunto se encunetra en la mesa de investigación de delitos patrimoniales de la fiscalía de playa del carmen.
The administrators and owners of this company, took 27 thousand pesos in advance of a job for which I recommended them in mid-2017, and they did not deliver the work, and as far as we know, the work did not even start. I do not recommend that they hire their services, nor do I recycle you at all. There are already administrative and criminal procedures against the administrators who were involved in possible fraud.
