Los departamentos muy amplios y bonitos lo malo son los departamentos de arriba que las escaleras están muy empinadas, para una persona mayor no recomendable

Un lugar que vale la pena visitar el guardia muy amable a la hora de solicitarle un servicio y muy atento a lo que necesiten. Palalma un lugar de descanso. Se los recomiendo.

Great experience and amenities, receptionist helped getting us a pump for the bikes and told us about a restaurant right around the corner, 5mik walk.

The apartment was full of ants ? Also, the receptionist was so unintelligent - she couldn’t understand basic English words and was very slow in her actions.

The only good thing in our apartment was a shower. Receptionist was opposite to smart..she doesn’t understand basic English.

It's a beautiful space that promises relaxation and cosy living, but the owners of the building decided to kill their magic with an intense construction going on 7 days a week, with noise also on Sundays. It's their own project and they don't inform their guests. When we were searching for a home in Tulum, we asked if there's constructions closeby. The answer was no. In the first day of arrival, the truth told a different story. An apartment with 3 bedrooms costs at least 2500 USD a month and we have not been offered any discount due to having constructions right next to our apartment. It's literally 5 meters away from us. If you want peace and relaxation, this is not your place to be for at least 2-3 more months. They said to us the construction is going to pause for Christmas and New Years and that it will also end mid January. There was noise on Christmas Day and the construction is far away from being finalized for sure. Don't expect to be treated with honesty. The statements of the representatives are not trustworthy unfortunately. Finding housing in tulum is difficult if your budget is modest and if you're not planning with a big holiday wallet, but planning to live and create in Tulum. We started searching something else immediately after we realized that we are in a construction, but couldn't find anything soon enough. The agent that recommended PalAlma to us was understanding helpful to find something else. Also our apartment is lacking lots of decoration. Despite some fake plants, there was actually no decoration, which made it hard for me to feel cozy and soulful.

Beautiful setting with a modern clean apartment. Staff were wonderful and cheery. A great place to relax after the party events and beaches on Tulum. Highly recommended.

Perfect place to stay for our week in Tulum, the pool is very nice and clean and the whole complex is very well maintained and guarded. Like many other complexes in the area the roads to reach it are bad to nonexistent so take that into consideration when driving
