★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My fave paleteria when visiting Oaxaca. They dont have a vast selection like La Michoacana but overall, Popeye has better quality (important to those of us with sensitive stomachs). Besides, the only thing you need to try is the leche quemada nieve - it’s too die for!
