It seems to be a supply center outside with so much truck. In addition, customers have to go outside to take their transportation for tourist services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased directly from their website and added a shuttle service to and from the hotel. The shuttle service didn't pick us up and stranded us at the airport. Once we did find the shuttle service they said we could not get a ride from them because we were not scheduled for a pickup for another 7 days. I explain this must be a mistake since everything was booked for the same time frame they said there's nothing they could do and recommended me to a taxi service which ended up scamming us out of about $250. I talked to the hotel about their service and how it cost us $250 plus what we paid for the shuttle even though we never got to use it. After 8 out of 10 days of talking to them, they said there's nothing they could do and it's not their fault that their shuttle didn't show up. I will never be booking at a palladium resort again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I remember when I came here in 2012 or 2013 it was very beautiful and the eco plants. My favorite part was the pools it was nice diving underwater and swimming with my favorite. There was also a train that rides people around the resort and to their bungalows. I found some Cliones in the sea, they were cute and funny. Really good resort also the Lobby workers are nice.
