The condo we stayed in was very clean, had everything we needed and Laura and Sophie were always available and great with recommendations. The location couldn't be more perfect! We could walk to the beach, to 5th and most importantly felt safe at all times. There is a grocery store across the street which is super convenient as well. I highly recommend staying with them and will definitely stay here again if I come back to Playa.

They were always so attentive to everything from the moment we inquired all the way to the day we left. We stayed at Palmares which is super well located. Its close enough to 5th avenue but far enough to not hear all the loud noise from bars and drunk people. The beach is also very close as well as the super market is just across the street. The building felt very safe as they have a front desk with a person there at all time. Thank you very much for your hospitality. We will definitely use your services again and recommend it!!

We would recommend this place to anyone who wants to be near the beach and a few blocks from 5th avenue. Thank you Mexico for everything and thank you Sophie, you're an outstanding hostess.
R	Robert Ladouceur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Noisy building, Pool is in the middle of the building. Some apartment open directly into the pool. All the balcony of the living room face that pool. You can't leave your patio door open. All you hear is people laughing, screaming and children playing, sometimes until 10pm at night. If your apartment face the busy street of Constituyentes, won't be able to leave your window open, as well, very noisy/busy street. Sorry for the bad review, but paying that much money to get no chance to have peace and quiet, is a huge disappointment.
P	Piercarlo Natera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Súper central location, we really enjoyed the heated pool and I’ve been to a lot of buildings in playa which don’t have it and even though they are on the rooftop the water is still cold (this is in winter months), there’s underground parking for every unit and the staff and our host was very friendly, helpful and fast to respond to our questions. Would recommend to anybody!

The actual management of the building keeps it pretty clean, although they could do a better job with the pool, but it's fine. They do ask renters to wear wristbands, but they're not so serious about it. No real complaints here as this place is more solid than a lot of other buildings in Playa with water pressure and internet issues. This place is reliable.
