It is a very nice, clean subdivision because the cleaning people are always on the lookout for having common areas such as kiosks and green areas always clean.

Přes den i v noci hraje hlasitá hudba a jako kdekoli jinde v Cancúnu, pokud pomineme hotelovou zónu, je i zde spousta odpadu a potulných psů. Jsou tu dvě nebo tři dobré taquerie, Oxxo (pochopitelně) a hromadná doprava na dosah.Je to jedna z novějších čtvrtí.
This is a nice and at first sight quiet place, but don't be fooled. Loud music plays during the day and night, and like anywhere else in Cancun, if we leave out the hotel zone, there is a lot of rubbish and stray dogs. There are two or three good taqueries, Oxxo (of course) and public transport within easy reach. It's one of the newer neighborhoods.
