El establecimiento es pequeño pero ahí se da cátedra sobre cómo hacer pan. El pan está muy suave y denso, no poroso y qlero como el de otras panaderías. Además tiene muy buen sabor y no abusan del azúcar o del dulce. Las conchas son las más ricas que he probado en un buen rato.
Si son paneros como yo, les recomiendo que vayan y lo comprueben.

The establishment is small but there is a lecture on how to make bread. The bread is very soft and dense, non-porous and smooth like other bakeries. It also has a very good flavor and they do not abuse sugar or sweets. The shells are the richest I've tasted in a while.

Además el pan se hornea aquí mismo y es fresco. La calidad, sabor y variedad son excelentes y los precios muy asequibles. Sin duda la mejor opción del rumbo.
