Pandano Restaurant Grill and Cocktail Bar - 77780 Tulum

We just stopped in for drinks but the beach setting was super nice! The staff was kind and we'd definitely go back, maybe even for an overnight.

Clemente and the entire staff were amazing. He greeted every guest and made everyone feel welcome. Beautiful view and food was great. Handmade pasta daily. We stayed 6 nights and ate there every evening. We miss them! We will be making a trip to Italy to visit him

Beautiful dining on the beach with incredible food. Romantic in a tropical paradise setting.

We had a beachfront dinner. The restaurant, hotel, setting and atmosphere was really nice. Great design and a lot of care into details. Food was good, but a touch disappointing for the price point. Nothing was quite memorable to rave about, but generally good. We hopped over to the poolside bar for a nightcap which was nice as well.

The ceviche and filet were so good. A bit too much mustard in the tuna tartar but beautiful ambiance and view of the ocean.

We planned on visiting Pandano a day prior but weren’t able to get a taxi in time and the staff at Pandano were super gracious and accommodating. We finally made it and were seated with an incredible view of the sea. Our waiter Marcel was knowledgable and extremely personable. My son ate all of his pasta (fettuccini bolognese) and I enjoyed chicken Milanese with gnocchi and my husband had the burger and Greek salad. Food was excellent. We also had the flan for dessert and that was superb. I love flan. Not only was the service exceptional, Daniel took a lovely family photo for us on the waterfront. What really put our experience over the top was the staff’s attention to us as patrons. I mentioned that we were celebrating my son’s 2nd bday and the staff came out to sing to him as we were checking out. Actually brought me to tears, as it felt so genuinely special for my son. Delicious food, romantic ambiance, attentive staff, and wonderfully secluded. It was like a little taste paradise! The food was incredibly tasty, from appetizer to dessert! The ambiance was quiet and romantic at night, though we were told we happened to have come during low season. We had a great experience! The place was breathtaking, the restaurant is nestled in a tropical cove along the beach and is part of a hotel (note: you do not need to be a guest at the hotel to eat there. However, to access the beach and other facilities you do need to be a guest or purchase a day pass). We came for our first year anniversary. Making a reservation online was very easy. There was a small parking lot available which was great. The staff was very friendly from the guard at the gate to the waiter at the table. All in all, we would definitely recommend Pandano to anyone in the area! To us it’s a hidden gem. Coming back will be a must whenever we’re around again.

Don't waste your time, eat across the highway! Snooty and not comfortable at all. Felt like I was back in the states. Wanted to run out immediately, but out of coutesey ordered lime margaritas on the rocks. Pure lime juice and if there was alcohol in them I sure couldn't tell. $32 for the worst margaritas in the Ycatan. Went to Oscar &Lalo across highway and never looked back. The only reason I didn't give it a one star is because I didn't order food. But based on the margaritas I wasn't into paying for overpriced food, most of which was American that I could get back in the States. Nice view though
