★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pésimo servicio administrativo 3 meses y no me pueden entregar el acta corregida de mi familiar, fue error de ellos y ya hicieron perdedizo el tramite nadie sabe. obvio que es una gestoria que se pago y siguen sin resolverlo. no lo recomiendo

El servicio no fue nada barato como para que esto pasara .. más que pésima su atención

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo que luego de tener todo pagado para morir en paz, la familia tenga que cubrir un gasto mayor a 15 mil pesos. El servicio de cafetería pésimo, las máquinas dan agua!. Además el servicio que venden de café para la velación es otro abuso. El estacionamiento revisen su hora de entrada y salida con detalle, pues los empleados de RANVER,a la hora de cobrar, de 15 pasan a 40 pesos si uno no se da cuenta. Muy mal todo. Antes no era así.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno de los panteones más grandes que he conocido, cuenta con lotes a perpetuidad y se extienden en varios jardines con diferentes nombres. Cuenta con velatorios y una capilla, las oficinas se encuentran en la entrada del recinto y ahí pueden dar informes varios sobre los servicios que ofrecen.
Antes estaba más cuidado y no había tantos adornos en las lápidas, se veía más organizado, pero ahora cada dueño decora los sepulcros según su gusto, me gustaba más cuando había uniformidad en las lápidas y no ponían tanta cosa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Magnífico trato, todos fueron muy comprensivos y amables, nós permitieron hacer una misa de cuerpo presente en la capilla, la cafetería todo fresco, barato y extremadamente amables, la sala velatoria divina, no había ningún detalle en muebles o paredes, los sillones comodisimos, amplísima, todos pudimos despedirnos, todas las facilidades para los del cortejo que necesitaban accesos de sillas de ruedas o bastón, el jefe de ceremonias fue tan emotivo y sensible, el servicio fue hermoso y muy cómodo, el toldo nós ofreció la protección del sol que en ese momento fue muy brillante, las sillas sirvieron de mucho porque el dolor no permitía a muchos estar de pie, los encargados del panteón cargaron todas las coronas y las flores sin aceptarnos un peso, llevo llendo desde septiembre del 2019 y siempre hay quien esta barriendo, pintando, impecable, llevo flores y veladoras y siempre que regreso están las anteriores y además nunca falta quien se ofrezca a traerme agua fresca, porque el pasto y la placa están inmaculados no ves ni una hoja tirada, no puedo pedir más, por 190 mil pesos, y me dieron la opción a cremación incluyendo el nicho y la urna, sin pagar un peso extra y aún así conservo mi lote, yo no les doy 5 estrellas ????? yo les doy 5 diamantes ?????. Gracias a todos los trabajadores de Jardines del Recuerdo, nunca podré pagarles todo lo que hacen, Dios los bendiga ?
