Estuve esa semana solamente esperando mi paquete el cual no llegara por que van a devolverlo a shein. Que asco de servicio. Terrible service. As they tried to deliver my package and it was not. Además no existe algun medio por el cual tener atención al cliente. Terrible package, I'm not the only one who complains about this service, my package was supposed to arrive the next day and it didn't, thanks to the comments I realize that they only change the delivery date. Pésima solución y falta de responsabilidad. Entregaron mi paquete en otra dirección según que a mí vecina y suben de evidencia una foto a medias donde no se puede ver claramente el lugar en el qué entregaron ninguna casa tiene la fachada de esa foto, lo reportó y le dicen que se entregó a mi vecina cuando les digo hasta el cansancio que no tengo ninguna vecina y me dicen que se levanta el reporte y en 48 horas me dan respuesta para que se haga la recolección de mi paquete, como se atreven a dejar un paquete en otra dirección y a una persona. Sin antes avisar por teléfono no hay manera de que yo contacte al repartidor bpara que me diga exactamente en dónde dejo mi paquete Worst.
