SOLO PERDERAN SU DINERO.
Pésima Experiencia en esta sucursal.
Envíe el 25 de marzo.
Llego el 31 de marzo y nunca entregaron a domicilio en destino.
Según ellos que por que no se SOLICITO LA MERCANCIA.
Se lavan las manos todos.
Hoy 11 de abril después de batallar con todo mundo tuve que pedir el REGRESO Forzoso de mi mercancía ya que ellos nunca hicieron su trabajo de entregar.
Y claro para que te entregaran tuve que pagar más de $1,000 y aun no llega a su destino la mercancía.
Es lamentable ya que he enviado en otras sucursales y nunca me había pasado nada como esto.
Espero quemandolos en su página directo alguien con la gerarquia suficiente haga algo al respecto.
Ya que de más de 15 números de contacto todos mandan a buzón tanto en cdmx, edo mex como monterrey.
DO NOT SEND IN THIS BRANCH.

Terrible experience at this branch.
Ship March 25.
I arrived on March 31 and they never delivered at home at destination.
According to them, because THE MERCHANDISE WAS NOT REQUESTED.
Everyone washes their hands.
Today, April 11, after battling with everyone, I had to ask for the Forced RETURN of my merchandise since they never did their job of delivering.
And of course for them to deliver to you I had to pay more than $1,000 and the merchandise still hasn't arrived at its destination.
It is unfortunate since I have sent in other branches and nothing like this has ever happened to me.
I hope by burning them on their direct page someone with sufficient hierarchy does something about it.
Since more than 15 contact numbers all send to mailbox both in cdmx, edo mex and monterrey.
