★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengan mucho cuidado con esta empresa de envíos yo mandé un paquete de 20 kg desde Cozumel con destino a Puebla y en el transcurso pienso que fue en una de sus bodegas violaron la privacidad de mis cosas sustrajeron mi computadora con informacion de suma importancia de hecho cheque peso de lo que llegó y peso 11.65 kg sin ninguna notificación a mi persona y entonces cuando reciben mi paquete me dicen que no llegó la computadora junto con. Su eliminador dicen que están investigando y justificándose diciendo que yo estoy mintiendo cuando yo mismo empaque mis cosas de hecho el mouse lo dejaron no creo que sea una empresa seria no creo recuperar lo que me robaron pero si publicaré este incidente recomiendo que no se arisguen y mejor utilizan empresas certificadas y con antigüedad que si respeten la privacidad personal en sus paquetes .....
 Be very careful with this shipping company I sent a 20 kg package from Cozumel to Puebla and in the course I think it was in one of their warehouses they violated the privacy of my things they stole my computer with very important information in fact check weight of what arrived and weight 11.65 kg without any notification to my person and then when they receive my package they tell me that the computer did not arrive along with. Their eliminator says that they are investigating and justifying themselves by saying that I am lying when I pack my things in fact the mouse left it. I do not think it is a serious company. They better use certified and older companies than if they respect personal privacy in their packages .....
