★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mandé un paquete a Estados Unidos. Pagué el servicio exprés porque lleva productos perecederos, el costo del envío fue de $5,800.00 por 11 kilos. Este costo es un poco más del promedio que ellos manejan, estuve de acuerdo porque pensé que mi paquete llegaría en los tiempos que ellos marcaron. Mi paquete lo lleve el día lunes y me dijeron que el día jueves o viernes lo estarían entregando en la dirección indicada. El día viernes por la tarde, al ver que mi paquete no llegó llame por teléfono a Fedex (que es la empresa que ellos utilizan para enviar los paquetes) me comentaron que estaba en el Estado de México ya que hoy viernes apenas lo habían recibido. El paquete llegará la próxima semana. Intenté comunicarme con la empresa desde las 4 pm y no contestan. No vale la pena pagar tanto si no cumplen con las fechas de entrega. El paquete se mandó el 28 de febrero... hoy es 10 de marzo y aún no llega... Matus no se ha puesto en contacto con nosotros... pésimo servicio.
I sent a package to the United States. I paid for the express service because it carries perishable products, the shipping cost was $5,800.00 for 11 kilos. This cost is a little more than the average that they manage, I agreed because I thought that my package would arrive in the times that they marked. I took my package on Monday and they told me that on Thursday or Friday they would be delivering it to the indicated address. On Friday afternoon, seeing that my package did not arrive, I called Fedex (which is the company they use to send the packages) they told me that it was in the State of Mexico since today, Friday, they had barely received it. The package will arrive next week. I tried to contact the company since 4 pm and they do not answer. It is not worth paying so much if they do not meet the delivery dates. The package was sent on February 28... today is March 10 and it still hasn't arrived... Matus hasn't contacted us... lousy service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice una cotización por WhatsApp y te atienden muy rápido, en la oficina te ayudan con el embalaje de tu envío con un costo mínimo extra. El paquete que mandé llegó días antes de lo planeado y el repartidor habla para verificar la dirección en caso que nadie esté en casa para recibir el paquete. El envío fue económico comparado con otros lugares. Lo único es que no tenían envío exprés a la ciudad donde mande mi paquete pero puede que en otros lugares sí.
I made a quote by WhatsApp and they attend to you very quickly, in the office they help you with the packaging of your shipment with a minimum extra cost. The package I sent arrived days earlier than planned and the delivery man calls to verify the address in case no one is home to receive the package. Shipping was cheap compared to other places. The only thing is that they didn't have express delivery to the city where I sent my package but maybe in other places they did.
