★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo se que es una empresa exitosa pero no estaría nada mal que capacitarán otro poco a sus colaboradores se contesta con amabilidad y por que no con una sonrisa así asta dan ganas de regresar y no andar buscando otras paqueterias...
 I know that it is a successful company but it would not be bad that they will train their collaborators a bit again, they answer with kindness and why not with a smile like this it makes them want to return and not go looking for other packages ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, me hizo falta 1 Kg de envio, no procedió reembolso puesar gumentan que según sus reportes en los Ángeles todo llegó lo cual es una vil mentira, en algún trayecto alguien metió mano al envío y esta empresa no lo acepto.
Terrible service, I needed 1 kg of shipping, no refund proceeded because they argue that according to their reports in Los Angeles everything arrived which is a vile lie, in some way someone put their hand to the shipment and this company did not accept it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, cobro excesivo y cobro agregado despues de 1000 pesos del valor de tu producto, no son cuidadosos con el producto, lo rompen, jamas volveria a utilizar esta paqueteria, es en verdad pesima!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordene muchas cosas desde la cuidad de Oaxaca y mis familiares pagaron mas de $5,000.00 pesos y solo la mitad llego hablamos para reclamar pero muchas de las cosas no llegaron y eran como ropa cosas que si debieron pasar y dicen que en su reporte no decía que avian detenido nada so lo que me indica que alguien se lo quedo y lo robo!!! no son responsables ni profesionales en ningún sentido. No lo recomiendo en ningún sentido!!
I ordered many things from the city of Oaxaca and my family members paid more than $ 5,000.00 pesos and only half of us spoke to complain but many of the things did not come and they were like clothes things that should have happened and they say that their report did not say that they stopped nothing so what tells me that someone took it and stole it! They are not responsible or professionals in any way. I do not recommend it in any way !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t recommend the Ramos team enough. They go above and beyond to wrap everything meticulously and make sure it arrives. FedEx lost one of my packages and this team spent weeks negotiating a claim with FedEx and then sourced the missing items from 4 different stores and mailed replacements to me. Everything just arrived and I am so relieved and so grateful to Margarita, Elda and the guys in Oaxaca who packed everything so carefully. Shipping with them is expensive and requires a cash payment which felt scary, but I can assure you this team is worth every single penny. Thank you all so so much ??
