★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, personal administrativo que no resuelve problemas y no asesora a sus clientes, la verdad una vergüenza de sucursal, espero y corrijan esas actitudes.Vuelvo a confirmar que no tienen la menor intención de atender bien a sus clientes,les importa muy poco la satisfacción de su clientela,urge que venga una supervisión y manden a descansar a todos los que no quieran entender que el cliente es lo primero.Espero y pongan remedio a esta mala imagen que tienen en Uruapan

Terrible service, the parcels arrive to the kings after 15 days, it is worse than the post office of Mexico and the worst is more expensive

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jamás manden sus paquetes por esta mensajería, pésimo servicio, nadie sabe nada, no contestan. No les interesa el servicio al cliente solo perder tu paquete y no entregarlo. Más de una semana en bodega y no se puede entregar.
Never send your packages by this courier, terrible service, nobody knows anything, they do not answer. They are not interested in customer service just losing your package and not delivering it. More than a week in the warehouse and cannot be delivered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca contestan las llamadas. Nunca avisan que tu pedido puedes pasar a recogerlo ya que el servicio a una localidad fuera de Uruapan solo entregan un dia a la semana. Y si no tarda mas en llegar a tu domicilio.
They never answer calls. They never notify you that your order can be picked up since the service to a location outside of Uruapan only delivers one day a week. And if it doesn't take longer to arrive at your home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tan lentos como institución de gobierno. 30 min para para atender en caja a 3 personas y 1 hr para entregarnos nuestros paquetes.
Igual mientras estaba ahí vi como trataban los paquetes, horrible, se les cayeron varios por bajarlos del camión amontonados y sin seguridad.
Lo único "bueno" es que por lo menos siempre llegan los paquetes, golpeados, medio abiertos y con la mercancía muchas veces dañada, pero llegan.
As slow as a government institution. 30 min to attend 3 people at the checkout and 1 hr to deliver our packages.
Just as I was there I saw how they treated the packages, horrible, they dropped several for lowering them from the truck piled up and without security.
The only "good" thing is that at least the packages always arrive, beaten, half open and with the merchandise many times damaged, but they do arrive.
