★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención al cliente. En entregas de última milla, muy mala comunicación con los repartidores, tuve que escalar un caso con un gerente (que resolvió rápidamente).
Otro problema es la facturación, generan facturas por servicios incorrectos y con datos que no corresponden al negocio.
Lousy customer service. On last mile deliveries, very poor communication with delivery guys, had to escalate a case with a manager (which was quickly resolved).
Another problem is billing, they generate invoices for incorrect services and with data that does not correspond to the business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a customer with Amazon since I think they began. Never in my life have I seen a message like the one I got from this company right before Christmas. It says basically that most packages arrive in the time that (I pay for), but since it didn't wait until 2 days before Christmas to ask that your money be returned. Do they live where the unicorns do?
