La srita que atiende se la pasa en el celular y le tiene que preguntar a un señor que también está adentro sin hacer nada y pegado al celular. Pues los 3 días que fui acudí en diferentes horarios. Mejor se lo puse en rg parabrisas. Está en Av periodismo. Muy atentos, rápida atención y barato.

The lady who attends passes it on the cell phone and has to ask a man who is also inside without doing anything and glued to the cell phone. Well, the 3 days that I went, I went at different times. I better put it on rg windshield. It is in Av journalism. Very attentive, fast and cheap.

Eso no es lo peor, la atención que recibí por parte de la encargada, una señora rubia, fue de lo más despreciable y déspota, demasiado altanera y grosera como si yo hubiera tenido la culpa de instalar un parabrisas en mal estado. No me quiso hacer ni un peso de descuento. Se harán responsables del cambio total del parabrisas pero sin condonación alguna. Tuve que pagar el 100% y traigo el parabrisas todo rayado. Ahora hasta que les llegue el nuevo y hasta que yo pueda ir otra vez a perder toda mi mañana ahí. No los recomiendo en absoluto.
A terrible experience. I had a completely scratched windshield installed. That is not the worst, the attention I received from the manager, a blonde lady, was most despicable and despotic, too haughty and rude as if I had been the fault of installing a bad windshield. He did not want to give me a peso discount. They will be responsible for the total change of the windshield but without any forgiveness. I had to pay 100% and I bring the windshield all scratched. Now until the new one arrives and until I can go again to lose all my morning there. I do not recommend them at all.
