La mejor experiencia!!! Servicio súper puntual, la coordinación y el seguimiento te hacen no sentirte perdido en ningún momento sobretodo si es tu primera vez cómo fue mi caso. El tour fue muy divertido y extremo tomé el de ATV con tortugas y después decidí ir al catamarán con barra libre con mis amigas. Recomendable 1000% precios súper accesibles para la experienciaZ

El servicio al cliente de parte de Víctor fue más que excelente, nos indico con detalle dónde era el punto de encuentro para nuestro tour, muy atento y sus recomendaciones nos ayudó para que nuestro paseo fuera genial!! Súper recomendable!

¡Gran servicio de Víctor Martina del Campo! Desde su paciencia en las llamadas, en como nos explicó cada tour , hasta la experiencia en si, todo de principio a fin, fue pura gozada. Sin duda cada vez que regresemos a Playa del Carmen lo vamos a contratar. Tiene gran variedad de tour y una excelente actitud de servicio.

Communication was non existent with this company. We booked a half day sailing trip for 4/10/2022 and were supposed to be picked up at 7am in the parking lot at Super Aki in Tulum as instructed. We got there at 6:50am and by the time 7:02am came about they still had not showed up. We then proceeded to call and text them on WhatsApp, they would not answer the phone calls , they texted us back at 7:02am stating that they were on there way. We waited until 7:21am and tried contacting them again, to no surprise, no answer again. They would only text us back , it is now 7:23am and they had the audacity to tell us “they were there already” , “they have left at 7:13am” , and that “you still could go directly to the dock”. The driver never called us, texted us, or sent us a picture of where they were parked at, even after the fact that we had initially told them we were at the parking lot. The parking lot itself was not that big and we would’ve seen them coming in/out. We also didn’t see any people around the surrounding area where they stated they had been parked at based on the picture that they sent us. They only sent us a picture of the van AFTER they told us they had left. We suspect that they just forgot about us and simply never picked us up. We had to drive 30 min out the way to get to the dock ourselves. I would not recommend booking with this company as communication is very poor. Even if you ask them specially to call you, they still will not do so. Save yourself the troubles and book with a more reputable company.
