★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un excelente lugar para entrenar. El cupo es limitado y los entrenadores te explican muy bien las rutinas. Los horarios son amplios y los equipos son nuevos. El ambiente es muy agradable y hay mucho apoyo para lograr las metas qué te propongas con el ejercicio. Las rutinas son creadas por el entrenador y son muy variadas.
 It is an excellent place to train. The quota is limited and the trainers explain the routines very well. The schedules are wide and the teams are new. The atmosphere is very pleasant and there is a lot of support to achieve the goals that you set for the exercise. The routines are created by the coach and are very varied.
