★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there for one night, and I would not go back or recommend this place to anyone. Outside of hotel is nice but inside is very dirty. When I opened the bathroom door there were cockroaches, when asked to switch room they refused but they said they will clean it. After discussing it they decided ( finally) to give us new room. New room was very very dirty, I wasn't able even to take shower. Most of the night I spent on patio, being scared to go in. Also food was very bad as well, no taste at all and it took 40 mins after our order to be brought on table. I highly suggest to look for another place to stay, so not stay here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful pictures on the website, but not so nice on person no wifi on site not good for business, for dose who may said and that's why you check before you book, well in this case we didn't brooked our self's the last night we spend there we where awaked by fire works at 5:30 AM on our way out we mentioned to the front desk but she didn't seem to care much not the best for your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to have a small hotel and what I experience in this hotel was not so good, quality versus price does not match, room was dark, curtain extremely dirty, bedding with stains, pillows smelled, shower curtain ripped in places, not even a bottle of water in room, also at the restaurant the breakfast was no so good, the package mxn $150 included fruit which was poorly presented, bread with a minimum smear of margarine “ toasted”, it could be the sane breakfast but presented in a nicer way.
The good part was that the pool was wonderful and the gardens well
kept, the young girls attending the reception and the dark restaurant were very friendly. I would not stay again in this hotel that having the jewel that they have it is a shame they do not invest in renovating the rooms and make of it what it could be, a fantastic place
