En cuanto a la renta de la palapa para eventos, no se cumple con lo establecido en el contrato, inventan cada excusa para sacar más dinero. Cuando se le pide una explicación a la encargada la señora Claudia Nava, no contesta llamadas, y nunca puede atender personalmente solo se escuda tras un mensaje de texto, y no quiere dar la cara, pues eso habla mal de ella.
En cuanto a las cabañas están en pésimas condiciones, super sucias.
¡No lo recomiendo en absoluto!!

Regarding the rent of the palapa for events, the provisions of the contract are not met, they invent every excuse to get more money. When the manager, Mrs. Claudia Nava, is asked for an explanation, she does not answer calls, and she can never attend personally, she only hides after a text message, and does not want to show her face, because that speaks ill of her.
As for the cabins, they are in terrible condition, super dirty.
I do not recommend at all!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar muy bonito y las cabañas muy acogedoras... Cuando solicitas información y estás por contratar el servicio realmente te atienden bien, pero una vez ya dentro la atención es muy deficiente, les vale un comino darte un buen servicio.
A very beautiful place and very cozy cabins ... When you request information and you are about to hire the service they really serve you well, but once you are inside the service is very poor, it is worth a damn to give you good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las fotos que se muestran ya no son las reales al lugar, está descuidado no hay ninguna amenidad que ofrecen en su sitio , solo la alberca y la cabaña . Decepción total…precios elevados para lo poco que se ofrece. Tengan cuidado con las arañas en las Cabañas .#10 estaba llena de ellas.
The photos shown are no longer the real ones of the place, it is neglected, there are no amenities offered on its site, only the pool and the cabin. Total disappointment…high prices for what little is offered. Watch out for spiders in the Cabins. #10 was full of them.

La alberca limpia y el trato personal el adecuado.
Tiene dos cabañas con jacuzzi, seguramente volvería a visitarles.
Hay algunos aspectos que deben mejorar.
The cabins have what is necessary and comply.
The pool is clean and the personal treatment is adequate.
