★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 3 year old loved the water slides. That in and of itself made it worth it and would bring me back. It was nice to sit and eat and drink while watching him, too, but my pina colada could have been stronger. My choice de pescado was delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rent a cabain whit hot tub, great for staying up all night also have stove, refrigerator, microwave and frets. Also if you go to the restaurant near the reception you'll get a 20% off in the check.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved the pirate ship pool with all the slides. My three year old wanted to move it. The place is run down in parts and maybe we were out of season for the slides to have water running down them, but it was a great time nonetheless. And my ceviche de pescado was tasty as well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's an amazing destination for swimming, eating, sleeping in the hotel, and playing in the playground. But that's all I know. Maybe there is more!! Me encanta. A great place for tourists to stay, especially for Americans.

The water in the pool is always hot, and there are different pools located in strategic points, so the gests can choose where to go according to the location of their rooms. The food is great but you can bring and cook your own meal in certain rooms that had a small kitchen inside. Its a nice place to stay for at least 2 days to ensure you can enjoy all the services in the hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place rooms are convenient for parking and access to the many pools and activities. We always have a great time! Water is healing! Thanks! Staff is amazing! Suites have a small pool that they feel with hot water from the volcano! Very healing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got the corporal massage at their spa for $465 pesos. I asked the masseuse to focus on my shoulder area since that is my problem area, but she ended up spending only a few minutes there and then moving on. I was under the impression that the massage would be an hour-long but was surprised when the masseuse stopped after 30 minutes. She sprayed me with some fragrant water and left the room without saying anything. I laid there confused about what to do and wondering if she was coming back. After a while, I ended up leaving and saw her on my way out where she waved at me. Overall, the experience left me unsatisfied and ripped off and her head massage gave me a headache. It is not worth the price.
