Great food, excellent chef. Great service, very attentive and informative. From the waiter/ waitress to chef great service. Chef Alberto and assistant Elizabet, waiter Antonio and Marivel were great. This whole team was excellent. Thank you guys for making us feel great like part of your family

Fun and relaxing. Staff was friendly and attentive. Food was good. The resort has fun and entertainment shows too. Our room was clean except the lounge chair in the terrace. Had a lot of hair on it possibly from the previous guest. Other than that it was good with beautiful views of the ocean. Would stay here again but at a different time of the year when it's not too humid.

I highly recommend this place everyone is extremely friendly and the food is amazing. I have been to many resorts and thus is definitely the top. Karen Sanchez is the best waitress she is quick and super friendly she has a positive attitude all the time and extremely helpful with everything. Definitely will be back. We are in for vacation but had to do a little work while I was here the Mac computers the had were very helpful. Wish I could give more stars.

Because the rooms were confortable and clean, the services were very good and the bar service given by Romario was really outstanding, the best of the barmen ever!!!

Second time staying at Park Royal. This year is very disappointing. Resort has some upgrades with fountain working and outside statues Staff - drivers, cleaners, servers are fabulous as usual, friendly and courteous. Reception needs some work on how to be friendly and helpful. Very clean resort. The upper deck, wine bar is not open. Very disappointing The food is not great. Very poor We go to buffet at 730pm. It opens at 700. No protein left. Nightly special is not nightly. Be there early as by 730 it will be gone and when you ask they say no more. 2 years ago we gave the food was a 4 stars this year 1 star if that. Evening servers are very slow unsure why as they are not busy. Outside grill I would give a 4 star only when they have hamburgers and fries. Yesterday waiting one hour for fries. The pools clean but no cleaning up of cups until late in afternoon. We clean up our own mess but other don’t. The beach is beautiful. No bar servers on beach most days. We are great tippers and still no service Entertainment 1 star. Talked to other guests who are first timers and they are so disappointed as it doesn’t match the advertising. We are disappointed this year as prices are still high. I would not recommend this resort to my friends and family.
