Dentro del fraccionamiento se encuentra únicamente un oxxo, en lo gerenal el fraccionamiento es seguro, tranquilo y los vecinos son muy muy amables

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is quiet. It has an Oxxo in Almeria 3. They are more subdivision #1-2-3... You will see a Korean restaurant next to Oxxo and a small population of Korean's who lived there. It is close to the main autopista called "autopista a aeropuerto" The community had different feature. The one that I stayed Almeria 3 has a small kiddy pool, playground and barbecue area.
